Situated on Greencroft Industrial Park in Stanley, The Greenhouse Business Centre is ideally located just 10 miles from Durham centre and 15 miles from Newcastle.
Built in 2006 to be the first commercial eco building in County Durham, we offer high quality office space as well as meeting and conferencing facilities, within a unique, eco-friendly, professional environment. Our flexible working environment is ideal for independent contractors as well as growing startups and small to medium size enterprises looking for a place to grow.
